Subject: 2009 Audited Financial Statements

Be it resolved that this General Synod:

approve the Auditors Report and the audited Financial Statements of the General Synod of the Anglican Church of Canada, the Anglican Church of Canada Consolidated Trust Fund and the Anglican Church of Canada Resolution Corporation for the fiscal year ended as at December 31, 2009.
