All members of the media wishing access to the synod must complete the registration process and advanced registration is highly recommended. A media room will be established on the 2nd floor of the Tower Building for media registration. Press credentials are mandatory for all registrants. A designated area for photos and observation of proceedings will be available. Along with plenary sessions accredited media representatives will have limited access to worship services, media conferences and the media room, some of the outside events and any other media briefings.

Press conferences will be held in the media centre. The schedule of conferences will be posted on anglican.ca and transmitted by email to the media lists and all accredited media once the meeting convenes.
