Discipline Canon

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Synod of the Diocese of Huron request General Synod to revise the national Church Canon on Discipline (General Synod Canon 18) by removing paragraph 'h' from section 8 of part 3, Ecclesiastical offenses.

"Contemptuous or disrespectful conduct towards the bishop of the diocese in matters pertaining to the administration of the affairs of the diocese or a parish."
